   • Mail or deliver the form, this letter, and the full deposit to 100 Civic Center Drive, Newport Beach, CA 92660.
   • Everything must arrive by the hearing-request deadline.
   • Keep proof of delivery.
   • Expect the citing officer to attend.
   • Attend your hearing. Missing it forfeits the fine and court review.

2. 2. Records request

   Gets camera footage, reports, logs, and prior decisions.

   • Send it now. Records can take weeks.

   • Or use the city records portal and choose police records.
   • Do not wait for records before requesting your hearing.

   How to send

   • Send at least five days before the hearing, to the submission address on your hearing notice. If none is given, use the hearing coordinator at revenuehelp@newportbeachca.gov.
   • Attach the ADM24419D decision if you have it.
   • Respond to the officer's actual report.
   • If footage is missing, ask in writing to move the hearing.
